Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Bihar Government की एक flagship scheme है जो 12th pass students को higher education के लिए ₹4 lakh तक का loan देती है। Mukhyamantri Nishchay Yojana के तहत October 2, 2016 को launch हुई।
Loan से tuition fees, hostel, laptop, books — सब cover होता है। Repayment course complete होने के 1 साल बाद शुरू — 15 साल तक की flexibility। Girl students और Divyang students के लिए सिर्फ 1% interest।

Day 1
Official MNSSBY portal पर new applicant registration। Email, mobile, Aadhar details fill करें।
Day 1–2
Personal info, co-applicant details, college details, course — सब fill करें। PDF download करें।
Day 2–3
Aadhar, income certificate, domicile, admission letter, fee structure, bank passbook — सब self-attest करें।
Day 4–7
Allocated date पर अपने district के DRCC office जाएंगे। Token लें, TPA को documents submit करें।
Day 8–12
TPA verification (15 days max), Education Dept approval, Bank assessment। SMS और email आएगा।
Day 13–15
Student Credit Card + sanction letter DRCC से collect करें। Bank जाएं, documentation complete करें। Disbursement शुरू।
Loan Sanctioned! College fees directly pay होती है। Repayment course + 1 year baad — 15 saal ki flexibility।
